Air Cleaner Adapter Plate

I'll be adding some very thin foam (the thickness of the protruding rubber flange) to the back of the plate to prevent rocking of the plate. The stock filter and air box looked to me like they might be able to filter the volume of air needed for the hot rodded motor I am building.
