Italian Military V700 703cc Dash

This dash was for sale on ebay recently. The seller contacted me and asked me if I knew what is was. Whenever I come across an unusual part that isn't in any editions of the US part books, I start checking European and export models other that US models including police and military bikes. Guzzi had a habit of doing what I would call "parts dumping".
